At our Montreal store, we accept credit cards, debit cards and cash.


We offer free delivery anywhere in Quebec for orders of $ 75 and more! (before taxes and after discounts)


La livraison locale est un service que nous offrons aux clients dont l’adresse d’expédition est dans un rayon de 20 km de notre entrepôt. Cela couvre une partie de la grande région de Montréal. Le frais de cette option de livraison est de 20$  et elle vous assure de recevoir votre colis avant 21h le jour même  (dans les jours ouvrables) si votre commande est passée avant midi. If your order is placed après midi, the package will be delivered the next day. Once the order is processed, you will receive an order confirmation. As this is a courier service, you will not receive a tracking number. You will need to ensure that you are present for the delivery or the package will be left in a secure location with proof of delivery.

Please note: this service does not deliver on weekends.


The standard delivery time for Quebec is between 3 to 5 business days for items in stock. However, we cannot guarantee delivery times during busy periods.

*Please note that the delivery time will be 5 to 10 business days during the Black Friday period.


You can change or cancel your order within 12 hours of placing your order by contacting us at info@designlambert.com

Please confirm the order number associated with the purchase and the reason for the change/cancellation.

Yes, you just have to choose the option ''Recover'' during the billing stage of your order. You will receive an automatic communication telling you when your order is ready. You will then be able to pick up your order at the time that suits you best during our store's opening hours, Monday to Saturday, from 12:00 to 17:00. How do I make a return/exchange

*Note that any purchase made on or after November 1, 2021 can be exchanged or refunded until January 10, 2022. The product must be in its original condition and must have its label.

*** Unfortunately, we cannot accept exchanges and returns for merchandise purchased from other retailers or from another online store. ***

You can return your order to our Montreal store at 5085 Saint-Denis Street, Montreal, for a free return.

By mail

You can return your order by mail. Simply write to us at info@designlambert.com indicating your order number. We will send you the procedure as well as a label to stick on the return package that you can hand in at any Canada Post outlet. A 10$ fee corresponding to the cost of the shipping label will be subtracted from the total amount of your refund. By mail

Nous vous enverrons la procédure ainsi qu’une étiquette à coller sur le colis de retour que vous pourrez remettre dans n'importe quel comptoir Postes Canada. Une fois votre colis reçu et traité à notre entrepôt, nous vous ferons parvenir le produit de votre choix et ce, sans frais.

RETURN AND EXCHANGE OF CLOTHES :


Any item purchased on sale is a FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged.


We invite you to contact info@designlambert.com or the retailer concerned within 24 hours of receiving your item.


As soon as your return is processed, the requested refund is issued. It may take 24 to 72 hours for the balance to appear on your bank statement.
