Shipping and Return/Exchange Policies

Shipping options

 

We offer free shipping anywhere in Canada on all purchases of $75 or more before taxes and after discounts. Standard delivery time is 3 to 5 business days depending on the shipping address. Once the order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email for tracking with Canada Post. The delay may be extended during busy periods. Lambert is not responsible for delivery delays caused by the carrier.

If the package is returned due to an error in the delivery address, a move or a refusal of the package, additional shipping fees of 10$+tx will be charged for the return of the item.


Local Delivery

Local delivery is a service we offer to customers whose shipping address is within a 20 km radius of our warehouse. This covers part of the greater Montreal area. The cost of this delivery option is $18 and it ensures that you receive your package before 9pm the same day (on business days) if your order is placed before noon. If your order is placed after noon, the package will be delivered the next day. Once the order is processed, you will receive an order confirmation. As this is a courier service, you will not receive a tracking number. You will need to ensure that you are present for the delivery or the package will be left in a secure location with proof of delivery.


Pick-up in store

We offer the possibility to pick up your order for free at our Montreal store at 228 St-Jacques Street. If you select the ''Pick up'' option when choosing the delivery method, your order will be prepared within 24 hours. As soon as it is ready, you will receive an email asking you to select the best time for you to pick up your order. The available time slots are Monday to Saturday between noon and 5pm.

Return Policy (bags and accessories)

If you wish to return an item purchased on designlambert.com, you have 30 days from the date of receipt of your order. Items must retain all tags and be in perfect condition. The refund will be made to the original method of payment.

You can return your order to our Montreal store at 228 St-Jacques Street for a free return.

By mail


You can return your order by mail. Simply write to us at info@designlambert.com indicating your order number. We will send you the procedure as well as a label to stick on the return package that you can hand in at any Canada Post outlet. A 10$ fee corresponding to the cost of the shipping label will be subtracted from the total amount of your refund. The Lambert team reserves the right to refuse a refund if it does not respect the established conditions.

Exchange Policy (bags and accessories)

You have 30 days from the date of receipt of your order to exchange your purchase from designlambert.com free of charge. If you received an item on sale, it is a final sale. We do not accept exchanges for merchandise purchased from other retailers or from another online store.

You can exchange your order by mail. Simply write to us at info@designlambert.com indicating your order number and the product you wish to exchange. We will send you the procedure as well as a label to stick on the return package that you can hand in at any Canada Post outlet. Once your package is received and processed at our warehouse, we will send you the product of your choice at no charge.


Return and Exchange Policies (clothing)

Your purchase can be exchanged or returned within 30 days of the date of purchase, if you have kept your receipt, as long as the items have their tags and are still new (not worn).
Returns are made in the original form of payment.
In the case of a refund, if the 30 day period is exceeded, the refund will only be made on a gift card for the amount of the returned transaction.


Price Adjustment

We can offer a price adjustment on an item that has been purchased at the regular price on our online store within 48 hours of the purchase date except for Good Friday and Boxing Day offers. Simply email us to make the adjustment.

Promotions are not valid on previous purchases.


Gift Cards

Gift cards purchased at our online store can only be exchanged for merchandise at www.designlambert.com or at our store in the Old Port of Montreal.
