Standard delivery

We offer free shipping anywhere in Canada for any purchase of $ 75 or more before taxes and after discounts. The standard delivery time is 3 to 5 working days depending on the delivery address. Once the order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email for tracking with Canada Post. The delay may be extended during busy periods. Lambert is not responsible for delivery times caused by the carrier.

If the package is returned due to an error in the delivery address, a move or a rejection of the package, additional shipping costs of $ 10 + tx will be charged for the return of the item. .

*Please note that the delivery time will be 5 to 10 business days during the Black Friday period.


Local delivery

Local delivery is a service we provide to customers with a shipping address within 20 km of our warehouse. This covers part of the greater Montreal area. The cost of this delivery option is $ 18 and it ensures that you receive your package before 9 p.m. the same day (on working days) if your order is placed before noon. If your order is placed after noon, the package will be delivered the next day. Once the order is processed, you will receive an order confirmation. Because this is a courier service, you will not receive a tracking number. You will need to make sure you are present for delivery otherwise the package will be left in a place deemed secure with supporting evidence.

Note: this service does not deliver on weekends.


Pick up in store

We offer the possibility of picking up your order for free at our Montreal store at 5085 rue Saint-Denis. If you select the option '' Collect '' when choosing the delivery method, your order will be prepared within 24 hours. As soon as it is ready, you will receive an email asking you to select the ideal time for you to come and collect your order. The available time slots are from Monday to Saturday between noon and 5 p.m.
