As Lambert’s Content Creator in the U.S., you will be the face and voice of our brand on social media, playing a pivotal role in building our audience and market presence from the ground up. Your primary focus will be creating engaging content on the daily tailored to a U.S. audience, with the goal of driving demand for Lambert’s products. You will document and share the journey of expanding Lambert in the U.S., with the storyline centered around you as the one launching the brand in this new market. By capturing behind-the-scenes moments, challenges, successes, and the overall experience, you will forge a strong connection with our audience, making them part of Lambert’s growth story.
Our approach is deeply inspired by the creator-founder business model, which we are excited to recreate in the U.S. market by partnering with someone from New York City. This role offers a unique opportunity to be an intrapreneur, allowing you to treat the brand as if it were your own. You will have the creative freedom and responsibility to shape Lambert’s presence in the U.S. market, taking initiative and driving growth. You will work in collaboration with Lambert’s marketing team back in Canada who will provide operational support. Additionally, you will also be taking on additional marketing responsibilities as needed to fuel growth in this new market.
Your performance will be measured by growth in audience size on social media but most importantly by the growth of the business.
