Black Friday

Yes, all purchases made on or after November 1, 2025 can be returned or exchanged until January 11, 2026 as long as the items are in perfect condition with all tags attached.

Some collections are excluded, including the Holiday Collection and the Travel Collection. Certain new releases and specific items are also excluded depending on the period.

Shipping times are 3 to 10 business days due to higher order volume.

No, modifications or cancellations are not possible during Black Friday. Please make sure all details are correct before completing the order.

Absolutely not, all Black Friday offers will be available online and at the Lambert boutiques located at 5085 Saint-Denis Street in Montréal and at the Lambert boutique in CF Laval. Some retailers also offer special promotions. Visit the “Find Us” page to locate the retailer closest to you. Discounts and promotions may vary from one retailer to another.

Order processing times for Québec are between 3 to 5 business days for items in stock. However, processing times cannot be guaranteed during peak periods. Lambert is not responsible for delivery delays caused by the carrier. Please note that order processing times will be 3 to 7 business days during the Black Friday and Boxing Day periods.

An order can be canceled within 30 minutes of being placed by contacting info@designlambert.com . Please include the order number and the reason for the cancellation. Please note that during the Black Friday and Holiday period, it is not possible to cancel or modify an order.

For security reasons, we are unable to crack or reset TSA lock codes. Therefore, we recommend trying all possible combinations on the lock, from 000 to 999. This process should take approximately 20 to 30 minutes. If this does not resolve your issue, please contact us via email for further assistance.

Exchanges/Returns

How can I make a return or exchange?

***Unfortunately, we cannot accept exchanges or returns for items purchased from other retailers or online boutiques.***

If you purchased your Lambert item from a physical or online retailer, please contact their customer service department directly to learn about their return or exchange procedures.


RETURNS – BAGS AND ACCESSORIES:

If you wish to return an item purchased on designlambert.com, you have 30 days from the date you received your order. Items must be in perfect condition and include all original tags. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within 24 to 72 hours.

*During the Holiday season, all purchases made from November 1, 2025, will be eligible for return or exchange until January 11, 2026.*

In-store

You may return your order free of charge at our Montréal boutique, located at 5085 Saint-Denis Street, Montréal.

By mail

You may return your order by mail. Simply email us at info@designlambert.com with your order number. We will send you the return instructions along with a prepaid shipping label to attach to your parcel, which you can drop off at any Canada Post counter. A $10 shipping fee will be deducted from your total refund amount. Lambert reserves the right to refuse a refund if the return conditions are not met.

In-store

You may exchange your order at our Montréal boutique located at 5085 Saint-Denis Street.

By mail

You may exchange your order by mail. Simply email us at info@designlambert.com with your order number and the product you wish to receive in exchange. We will send you the instructions and a shipping label to attach to your parcel, which you can drop off at any Canada Post counter. Once your package has been received and processed at our warehouse, we will send you the replacement product free of charge.


Any item purchased on sale is FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged.


We invite you to contact info@designlambert.com or the relevant retailer within 24 hours of receiving your item.


As soon as your return is processed, the requested refund is made. It can take between 24 and 72 hours before you see the balance appear on your bank statement.


Products

All our product designs are created by our team in Montreal. It’s a lengthy process as all sketches are developed from start to finish in-house.

Guangzhou, which has been specializing in women's accessories for 18 years, possesses a unique expertise in creating high-quality products. Additionally, we chose this manufacturer because it aligns with our code of ethics. The factory is modern, and the working conditions are excellent. The facilities are safe and well-organized. Employees work in air-conditioned spaces, have access to a trendy café, and are entitled to a one-hour nap after lunch.

No animal products are used, either in the materials or in the creation process. We also work with a new material made from grape residue. Additionally, we are very proud to have PETA certification.

The Meli wallet is too big to fit into the Gabrielle .


Some of our bags and wallets are equipped with RFID protection, which blocks the waves used to remotely scan your bank cards. This invisible shield keeps your personal information safe from fraud attempts—no matter where you are. A slight sound may occasionally be heard when the item is in motion, due to the RFID protective layer. This is completely normal and does not affect the quality or effectiveness of our products.
