We offer free shipping across Canada on orders of $100 or more, before taxes and after discounts and promotions have been applied.

For orders under $100, a shipping fee of $11.50 plus tax will be applied at checkout.

Standard delivery generally takes 3 to 7 business days, depending on the shipping address. During peak periods, order processing may take 5 to 10 business days.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email from the carrier (FedEx, Purolator, or Canada Post) containing your tracking number.

Please note that Lambert is not responsible for delivery delays caused by the carrier or for packages lost after they have been transferred to the carrier.

You may request to cancel your order within 30 minutes of placing it by emailing us at info@designlambert.com.

Please include your order number and the reason for your cancellation request.

If an item does not meet your expectations and you would like to request a return, please contact our team at info@designlambert.com.

To help us process your request quickly, please include the following information in your email:

• Your order number;
• A photo of the item;
• The reason for the return.

For eligible returns made by mail, a return fee of $10 plus tax will be deducted from the refund issued to the original payment method.

Shipping fees paid on the original order are nonrefundable. Therefore, if an order under $100 was subject to the $11.50 plus tax shipping fee, this fee remains the customer’s responsibility and is separate from any applicable return fees.

Return fees are separate from the shipping fees paid when the order was placed.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect shipping address, a move, or refusal of the package, an additional shipping fee of $11.50 plus tax will be charged to ship the package again.
