What are the possible payment methods?

On the website, Lambert accepts Mastercard, Visa, PayPal, Amex, Diner’s Club, Discover, Google Pay, Shop Pay and Sezzle.

At our Montreal store, we accept payment by credit card, cash, and debit card.

What are the shipping fees?

We offer free delivery anywhere in Quebec for orders of $75 and more! (Before taxes and after discounts.)

What is local delivery?

Local delivery is a service we provide to customers whose shipping address is within 20 km of our warehouse. This covers part of the greater Montreal area. The cost of this delivery option is $18, and it ensures that you receive your package before 9 p.m. the same day (on business days) if your order is placed before noon. If your order is placed after noon, the package will be delivered the next day. Once the order is processed, you will receive an order confirmation. Because this is a courier service, you will not receive a tracking number. You will need to make sure you are present for delivery, failing which the package will be left in a location deemed secure with supporting evidence.

Note: this service does not deliver on weekends EXCEPT for Black Friday.

What is my order’s delivery time?

The standard delivery time for Quebec is between 3 and 5 business days for items in inventory. However, we cannot guarantee delivery times during busy periods.

Can I modify or cancel my order?

You can modify or cancel your order within 12 hours of placing your order by contacting us at info@designlambert.com.

Please confirm the order number associated with the purchase as well as the reason for the change/cancellation.

Do you offer in-store pickup?

Yes! You only have to choose the option “Pick Up” during the billing step of your order. You will receive an automatic communication letting you know when your order is ready. You can then stop by at the time that suits you best during the store’s business hours, Monday to Saturday, from 12:00 to 5 p.m. We are located at 228 rue Saint-Jacques, in Montreal.

Exchange/Return

How can I make a return/exchange?

Can I return an item purchased on sale?

Any item purchased on sale is a FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged.

What do I do if I receive a damaged item?

We invite you to contact info@designlambert.com or the concerned retailer within 24 hours of receiving your item.

How long does it take before I receive a refund on my credit card?

As soon as your return is processed, the requested refund is made. It can take 24 to 72 hours before the balance appears on your bank statement.

What computer format goes in your backpacks and other products?

The computer measurement should be taken diagonally across the screen when the case is closed.

Does my wallet fit into the Gabrielle?

The Meli wallet is too large to fit into the Gabrielle. However, the Laura fits perfectly!
