On the website, Lambert accepts Mastercard, Visa, Paypal, Amex, Diner's Club, Discover, Google Pay, Shop Pay and Sezzle.
At our Montreal store, we accept payments by credit card, debit card and cash.


We offer free shipping across Quebec for orders of $75 or more! (before taxes and after discounts)

The order processing time for Quebec is between 3 to 5 business days for items in stock. However, we cannot guarantee processing times during busy periods. Lambert is not responsible for delivery delays caused by the carrier. Please note that order processing times will be 3 to 7 business days during Black Friday and Boxing Day periods.

You can modify or cancel your order within 30 minutes of placing it by contacting us at info@designlambert.com. Please confirm the order number associated with the purchase and the reason for the change/cancellation. Please note that during Black Friday, you can change or cancel your order within 30 minutes of placing it.

Yes! Simply select the "Pick Up" option during the checkout process for your order. You will receive an automatic notification letting you know when your order is ready. You can then come by at your convenience during the boutique’s opening hours, from Monday to Saturday, 12:00 PM to 5:00 PM. We are located at 5085 rue Saint-Denis, Montreal.


For security reasons, we are unable to crack or reset TSA lock codes. Therefore, we recommend trying all possible combinations on the lock, from 000 to 999. This process should take approximately 20 to 30 minutes. If this does not resolve your issue, please contact us via email for further assistance.

Exchanges/Returns

How to Make a Return/Exchange

***Unfortunately, we cannot accept exchanges or returns for merchandise purchased from other retailers or online stores.***

If you purchased your Lambert item through a physical or virtual retailer, please contact the after-sales service of that retailer to learn about their return or exchange process. 


RETURNING BAGS AND ACCESSORIES:

If you wish to return an item purchased on designlambert.com, you have 30 days from the date of receipt of your order. Items must retain all tags and be in perfect condition. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 24 to 72 hours.

*For the holiday season, all purchases made from November 1, 2024, will be eligible for a return or exchange until January 10, 2025.

In-store

You can return your order free of charge at our Montreal boutique located at 5085 rue Saint-Denis, Montreal.

By mail

You can return your order by mail. Simply email us at info@designlambert.com with your order number. We will send you the procedure along with a return label to attach to the package, which you can drop off at any Canada Post counter. A $10 fee corresponding to the shipping label cost will be deducted from the total refund amount. The Lambert team reserves the right to refuse a refund if it does not meet the established conditions.

To proceed with an exchange, here are the available options:

In-store

You can exchange your order at our Montreal boutique located at 5085 rue Saint-Denis.

By mail

You can exchange your order by mail. Simply email us at info@designlambert.com with your order number and the product you would like in exchange. We will send you the procedure along with a return label to attach to the package, which you can drop off at any Canada Post counter. Once your package has been received and processed at our warehouse, we will send you the product of your choice free of charge.


Any item purchased on sale is FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged.


We invite you to contact info@designlambert.com or the relevant retailer within 24 hours of receiving your item.


As soon as your return is processed, the requested refund is made. It can take between 24 and 72 hours before you see the balance appear on your bank statement.


Products

All our product designs are created by our team in Montreal. It’s a lengthy process as all sketches are developed from start to finish in-house.

Guangzhou, which has been specializing in women's accessories for 18 years, possesses a unique expertise in creating high-quality products. Additionally, we chose this manufacturer because it aligns with our code of ethics. The factory is modern, and the working conditions are excellent. The facilities are safe and well-organized. Employees work in air-conditioned spaces, have access to a trendy café, and are entitled to a one-hour nap after lunch.

No animal products are used, either in the materials or in the creation process. We also work with a new material made from grape residue. Additionally, we are very proud to have PETA certification.

The Meli wallet is too big to fit into the Gabrielle .
