Do you offer in-store pickup?
Yes! Simply select the "Pick Up" option during the checkout process for your order. You will receive an automatic notification letting you know when your order is ready. You can then come by at your convenience during the boutique’s opening hours, from Monday to Saturday, 12:00 PM to 5:00 PM. We are located at 5085 rue Saint-Denis, Montreal.

How do I make a return/exchange?
How to Make a Return/Exchange
***Unfortunately, we cannot accept exchanges or returns for merchandise purchased from other retailers or online stores.***
If you purchased your Lambert item through a physical or virtual retailer, please contact the after-sales service of that retailer to learn about their return or exchange process.
RETURNING BAGS AND ACCESSORIES:
If you wish to return an item purchased on designlambert.com, you have 30 days from the date of receipt of your order. Items must retain all tags and be in perfect condition. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 24 to 72 hours.
*For the holiday season, all purchases made from November 1, 2024, will be eligible for a return or exchange until January 10, 2025.

In-store
You can return your order free of charge at our Montreal boutique located at 5085 rue Saint-Denis, Montreal.
By mail
You can return your order by mail. Simply email us at info@designlambert.com with your order number. We will send you the procedure along with a return label to attach to the package, which you can drop off at any Canada Post counter. A $10 fee corresponding to the shipping label cost will be deducted from the total refund amount. The Lambert team reserves the right to refuse a refund if it does not meet the established conditions.

To proceed with an exchange, here are the available options:
In-store
You can exchange your order at our Montreal boutique located at 5085 rue Saint-Denis.
By mail
You can exchange your order by mail. Simply email us at info@designlambert.com with your order number and the product you would like in exchange. We will send you the procedure along with a return label to attach to the package, which you can drop off at any Canada Post counter. Once your package has been received and processed at our warehouse, we will send you the product of your choice free of charge.
Can I return an item purchased on sale?
Any item purchased on sale is FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged.
What do I do if I receive a damaged item?
We invite you to contact info@designlambert.com or the relevant retailer within 24 hours of receiving your item.
How long will it take before I receive a refund on my credit card?
As soon as your return is processed, the requested refund is made. It can take between 24 and 72 hours before you see the balance appear on your bank statement.
