When will the sale take place?
Our summer sale begins on July 7 with discounts of up to 50% on a selection of products, and continues while stocks last.
VIP subscribers to the newsletter will also benefit from an additional discount on sale items during the first 24 hours of the sale, on July 7 only.
Are the products on sale also available in the Laval store?
Yes. In addition to the sale on the designlambert.com website, a selection of products on sale will also be offered in store. To check the availability of a product in store, contact our team at 514 823 3293, option 2.
Is it possible to exchange or refund a product on sale?
All sale products are final sales. It is not possible to make an exchange or refund.
Is it possible to make a price adjustment?
Unfortunately, we are unable to make price adjustments for orders placed before the summer sales.
Can I use my rewards program promo code on sales?
Yes. Rewards program promo codes can be used on sale items. However, only one promotional code can be applied per order. If another promo code is already applied to the cart, the reward code cannot be used.
Are there going to be restocks? Will the products on sale come back?
No. Items offered in this sale are available while supplies last. Once a product is sold, it will not be restocked.
Can I modify, combine or cancel my order?
No. Due to the high volume of orders during the sale, it is not possible to modify, combine or cancel an order once it has been completed.
Will you be offering any other sales or promotions this summer?
No. This sale features our best deals of the summer season. We recommend you take advantage of it while stocks last.
